Truck Convoy raises nearly $400,000 for Make-a-Wish Foundation

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. The Make-A Wish-Foundation trucker convoy was back to its full glory after scaling back for the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. The carnival, chicken dinner and auction happened in Manheim Sunday. Over 500 trucks lined up to participate.

Two historic Gettysburg homes soon available for rental

GETTYSBURG, Pa (CNN) Looking for a unique vacation spot? Two historic homes on the Gettysburg Battlefield will be available to rent soon. The National Park Service says both the Michael Bushman and John Slyder houses will be available for overnight stays starting on May 24th.

Johnstown man sentenced to prison for robbing Windber Subway

WINDBER - A man charged with robbing a Windber Subway in August has been sent to prison. According to a Somerset County official, Todd Hollingsworth, 28, of Johnstown was sentenced to 30 to 60 months in prison for the Aug. 27, 2016 robbery.
