PennDOT lifts travel some restrictions on I-70, parts of I-99

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WJAC) UPDATE: PennDOT has lifted some travel restrictions on Interstate 70 and the south/central part of Interstate 99 that were put in place due to the overnight ice storm affecting much of Pennsylvania.

Law to require rear-facing seats for young kids takes effect
